Yes. All products sold by The Squeak Lab are sourced from authenticated suppliers and inspected before fulfilment. We check product details, packaging and serial information to help ensure every pair is authentic.
Are all products stocked in Canada?
Yes. Every product available on our website is physically stocked in Metro Vancouver. We do not rely on overseas dropshipping, so your order ships directly from Canada.
Will I pay import duties in Canada?
No. Canadian orders are shipped from within Canada, so you will not be charged additional import duties when your package is delivered. Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to both Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. US customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by local authorities.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
Can I pick up my order in Vancouver?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Metro Vancouver. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive a pickup confirmation before arriving. The pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, unmarked and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. We recommend trying shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes that show signs of outdoor wear, court use, damage or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do Li-Ning shoes fit?
